Job Title: Admin E-Commerce Assistant
Location: Burton on Trent
Contract: Part-Time
Start Date: Spring/Summer 2025
Podsmith is a small but growing print and embroidery business creating personalised products for retail and wholesale. We’re all about thoughtful details, creative design, and great customer service – and we’re looking for someone to help keep the back end of the business running smoothly.
This is a part-time role with plenty of variety – from helping manage stock and product uploads to keeping wholesale customers in the loop and supporting our internal systems.
We’re looking for a part-time admin assistant to join the team at Podsmith – someone super organised who can help keep everything ticking over behind the scenes.
You’ll need to be comfortable working across a few different systems (training provided), have great attention to detail, and be happy communicating with both suppliers and customers. We’re a small team, so someone proactive, adaptable, and happy to muck in would be a great fit.
Hours are flexible, and there’s room for the role to grow.
Key Roles will include:
- Uploading new products and keeping our sales channels up to date
- Helping track sales and pulling reports
- Supporting the buyer with quoting, ordering, and invoicing
- Managing stock levels and keeping things organised
- Liaising with wholesale accounts and checking in with customers
- Assisting with general admin and occasional marketing support
- Enjoy keeping things organised and ticking over
- Feel confident working across different systems and platforms (with support from us!)
- Like a mix of admin, logistics, and customer communication
- Have a good eye for detail and a knack for spotting when something’s not quite right
- Are a self-starter who can work independently but also chip in with a small, friendly team
- Experience in ecommerce, wholesale, or retail admin
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and tracking reports
- Confident writing clear, professional emails
- An interest in small business life and how everything fits together behind the scenes
-Flexible part-time hours
- Supportive team and a relaxed working environment
- Involvement in lots of different areas of the business
- Opportunities to learn, grow and shape the role as the business evolves
