Lauren has spent nearly 12 years building up a 7 figure gift brand. From a kitchen table idea, Lauren is now passionate about harnessing opportunities and efficiencies to support independent businesses in creating more revenue through the power of products.

Believing in the incredible power of products that truly speak to the customer, Lauren is dedicated to helping build honest, kind and powerful connections between brands and their customers.

JESSICA LEE

Production Manager

With a track record of working in fast paced environments.

From her family’s take-away business, and an international distribution hub, Jessica brings expertise, calm, and high standards to running the Podsmith production line.

Leveraging technology and systems to ensure consistency & quality.

JESS MIDGLEY

Project Manger

Jess comes with an incredible ability for getting to the heart of your business and a power house to create it with you.

With a master’s degree in textiles and having started with Podsmith as an embroidery machine operator, Jess has become a master accross the whole of the business .

There is nothing she doesn't’ know and is the inside man for the businesses and people she supports and manages.

In charge of greeting people at the door, an occasional therapy dog and available for any canine modeling requirements.
